Scar15 Soiree
The Jack Bear Foundation is proud to present the 2026 SCAR-15 Soiree: Research in Motion, an inspiring evening dedicated to advancing research, raising awareness, and supporting families affected by SCAR-15. The event will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 6:00–9:00 PM at Chicago Highlands Club.
Following the incredible success of last year's soiree, which raised more than $95,000, we are excited to bring our community together once again to celebrate the progress being made and help fuel the next phase of discovery. Since launching in February 2024, the Jack Bear Foundation has raised more than $636,000 to support SCAR-15 and RUBCN gene research.
This special evening will bring together families, friends, researchers, advocates, and supporters who share a commitment to accelerating research and creating hope for those affected by this ultra-rare disease.

We're currently seeking donations for our silent and live auctions, including unique experiences, services, gift cards, vacation stays, event tickets, merchandise, and other special items. These contributions help us raise critical funds for SCAR-15 research while showcasing the generosity of our community.
