Carrie Pinkham is Jack’s mom.

In her professional life, she has nearly 20 years’ experience of maturing HR & Recruiting functions in various organizations and is currently working in a consulting capacity as a fractional Chief HR Officer for a range of clients.

Alongside her professional endeavors, Carrie is deeply involved and passionate about building more inclusive communities and serves on the Board of Directors for Aspire Chicago and is actively involved in disability advocacy through District 101's Special Services Parent Advisory Committee in Western Springs, Illinois, where her children attend school. Through the foundation, Carrie is an active member of the Combined Brain Consortium and The RARE Foundation Community Congress Newborn Screening & Diagnostics Committee.

Carrie earned a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
