Brenna is from Cream Ridge, New Jersey, and graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2024 with a B.A. in Biology and a minor in Neuroscience. Following graduation, she worked as a clinical research coordinator at the Mass General Cancer Center and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about advocating for rare disease research and is excited to join the Jack Bear Foundation as a GCSX Advocacy Intern, where she will help raise awareness of SCAR-15 and strengthen connections between the community and the ongoing research efforts supported by the Foundation.
